Luck has ran out on a notorious criminal who specializes in stealing from churches while service is going on.
The thief caught stealing from a church
Policemen attached to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad have arrested a man identified as Victor after he was caught allegedly stealing a church member’s phone, while service was on-going.
The sad incident happened yesterday, Sunday 17th, September, 2017.
