Grammy-nominated DJ Paul Oakenfold allegedly masturbated in front of his ex-personal assistant, who is now suing him for sexual harassment.

The British DJ is accused of exposing and touching himself in front of the then-23-year-old worker starting on her very first day, according to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court Friday June 2, and obtained by Deadline.

The woman, identified only as Jane Roe, is suing Oakenfold, 59, her former employer New Frequency Management, Paul Stepanek Management and several unnamed defendants for damages in excess of $25,000 over the alleged sexual harassment and workplace violations.

Roe was hired by New Frequency in October 2022 and was assigned to work as a personal assistant to Oakenfold. Oakenfold has mixed tracks for stars such as Britney Spears, U2 and the Rolling Stones — for $20 an hour, the suit states.

From her very first day of employment, Oakenfold allegedly “cornered” her and masturbated purposefully in her view when they were alone in his home, Roe alleges.

He continued to allegedly masturbate in front of her on four separate dates and each time “increased in length and intensity,” according to the court filing.

On Nov. 18, 2022, Oakenfold is accused of touching himself four times over the span of the day in front of the young assistant.

In one of the instances, he sat in the passenger seat of her car and “spread his legs wide, and proceeded to masturbate with Plaintiff only inches away” as she drove him home from the post office, the suit states.

Roe reportedly “froze in fear and shock” as a result of his alleged indecent exposure.

She reported the alleged harassment to Frequency Management CEO Paul Stepanek on Nov. 29, 2022 and was slapped with a non-disclosure agreement to sign two days later, according to the complaint.

Roe said she was forced into signing the NDA in order to continue working for Frequency Management. When she returned to work, she was reassigned to other clients but her “hours were dramatically reduced,” she claims in the suit.

Then on March 13, 2023, she was informed that she was being laid off from the company due to a lack of work — but Roe claims she was fired for reporting Oakenfold’s behavior.

“Defendants terminated Plaintiff not for any legitimate reason, but in retaliation for Plaintiff’s complaints about the aforementioned sexual harassment, in violation of the law,” the lawsuit states.
