Sudden body movement can put a strain on the brain, resulting in a health condition that can lead to death. Too much sleep deprivation will weaken the brain, reducing blood flow to the heart and resulting in heart failure. When you wake up in the middle of the night, don't get up too fast to avoid stressing your brain and heart. You must lay on the bed for at least one minute and a half before getting up to urinate, this way, the brain and heart would not be overworked.
