A sick carer yanks the bedclothes off a frail and vulnerable patient during a horrific campaign of abuse captured on CCTV.
Adam Hunt was sacked along with colleague Rachel Pritchard who was also filmed tormenting Bridget McDonald, 68.
They were snared when daughters Rachael and Amy set up a secret camera in her room after her behaviour changed.
In one clip of the footage from the Ridings home in Castle Vale, Birmingham, Hunt, 25, pokes Bridget and barks: “Next time I call you, don’t f****** ignore me.”
He later shouts: “Make the bed.”
Pritchard is heard to say “tramp” and yell: “Can you pick the banana skin up please?”
Furious Rachael said: “The footage made my blood boil.
“It is heartbreaking to see my mum look so scared and confused while they treat her in such an appalling way.”
Bridget suffers from Korsakoff syndrome, a brain disorder with dementia-like symptoms.
Hunt was also cautioned by police for common assault.
