-- According to the report, the new company would financially back, develop and produce television and film content and at this time, there are no plans for the new entity to be involved in wrestling or compete with WWE in any way. Furthermore, multiple former WWE executives who previously worked with McMahon are reportedly already on board with McMahon to get the company off the ground with plans to officially launch it once Vince's legal issues are resolved.
-- Brad Blum, who used to be WWE's Chief Operating Officer and a long-time supporter of Vince, is said to be confirmed on the project. Blum originally left WWE after Vince's first "retirement" after the initial news of the sexual harassment scandals was reported and later led to Janel Grant's lawsuit. When Vince barged his way back into WWE, Blum was back with him but after the company was sold and McMahon exited for good, Blum remained with WWE for a few more months before resigning. At the time, many believed his resignation was only going to lead to him working for Vince again in some capacity.
-- It is believed that Kristen Prouty, who was worked with WWE as a liaison to Hollywood, is also on board as an executive. Prouty joined WWE in 2000 as a casting Director for the very first Diva Search and held the title of SVP, Entertainment Relations before she was let go as part of streamlining efforts by WWE's parent company, TKO. Kevin Dunn, a long-time backer of Vince, is not believed to be involved in the new initiative, at least as of now.
