WWE TLC 2015: Booking Decisions That Must Be Made at PPV

After a hugely disappointing Survivor Series, WWE has a tough job on its hands to get the big decisions right at the upcoming Tables, Ladders and Chairs show.

With WrestleMania season, and especially the Royal Rumble, now just around the corner, things need to be set up perfectly at TLC to get interest high in the start of 2016.

But what decisions must be made to ensure the show is a hit and the forthcoming months also look intriguing? Let's take a look.

Dean Ambrose vs. Kevin Owens Must Not End at TLC

We've seen very little of Kevin Owens vs. Dean Ambrose at the moment, with Owens' illness that ruled him off last week's TV tapings a big part of that.

But this feud has the potential to be something really special, so we need to see it booked in a way that ensures it goes all the way through to the Royal Rumble.

The go-home editions of Raw and SmackDown will no doubt give us more clues about where this rivalry is headed, but a match with Owens' title on the line this Sunday makes a whole lot of sense.

Ambrose has been looking for something to fit into since Survivor Series and his disappointing loss to Roman Reigns.

Squaring off against the former NXT champion would be a brilliant way to give Ambrose a boost. But have Owens win the title here, with a rematch at the Royal Rumble on the cards.

The New Day Have to Retain the Tag Titles

The New Day are scheduled to defend their titles this Sunday against both The Lucha Dragons and The Usos.

And although there's some good potential in both of those teams to win the titles, it has to be The New Day who emerge triumphant at TLC.

The Usos feel like the natural successors to The New Day as tag champions, but they've barely been back on TV for too long, so they need a bit more time to get back into things.

What's more, it would be great to see The New Day win controversially this weekend. They're fast becoming the biggest heels in WWE, so some cheating wouldn't go amiss on Sunday.

From there, they can move forward into WrestleMania season and the Royal Rumble with real momentum.

Sheamus Cannot Beat Roman Reigns Cleanly

It's not the world title match everyone wanted, but we're getting Sheamus vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship this Sunday.

There are obviously a few roads WWE can go down when it books this match, but the logical one has to involve Reigns being screwed again.

If we assume Reigns will get the belt off Sheamus at some point, a clean win for the Irishman here wouldn't help the storyline at all.

Reigns has to keep coming desperately close to success, before he has it snatched away from him again.  Have The League of Nations play a part and destroy any chance Reigns has of the title.  It seems the only way to book this feud right now.
