The naira extended gains on Friday to end the week on a good note against the United States dollar at the official foreign exchange market. The Central Bank of Nigeria’s data showed that the Naira further strengthened to N1,417.95 per dollar on Friday, up from N1,419.28 recorded on Thursday. This means that the Naira gains N1.33 against the dollar on a day-to-day basis at the official FX market.
