The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Kano State has said that there is no legal backing for the term “inconclusive elections” in Nigeria’s electoral laws. The Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), Abdu Zango, made this known on Thursday while addressing stakeholders at a meeting held at the INEC headquarters in Kano.
