Improving and sustaining our gains over the years is the cornerstone for our successes. Our commitments to working together through brotherhood/sisterhood in meeting the needs of our community by way of ethical leadership, co-operation and accountability is the values that will continue to guide our growth and development.
A review of our 1st Igbo worldwide Festival of Arts and Culture suggested that in other for us to maintain our gains moving forward, we would need to streamline our portfolios. To that effect, some post or responsibilities were added and others reshuffled in accordance with the Council Igbo States in Americas (CISA) constitution and bylaws that governs the internal affairs of CISA and in preparation for our 2015 2nd Igbo worldwide Festival of Arts and Culture.
