..as Olowo named new born Prince “Aderiye”

It was a repeat of history yesterday when the Olori Naomi, the wife of OONI OF IFE, OBA ENITAN OGUNWUSI- OJAJA-II gave birth to a bouncing baby boy (Crown Prince) at Owo hospital in Ondo state.

SUNSHINETRUTH gathered that it is also on record that the grandfather of Oba Ogunwusi, the Ojaja 1, was given birth in Owo over 40years ago.

The Olowo of Owo, Oba Ajibade Ogunoye and his Olori Adenike has therefore rejoiced with Ooni and the Owo monarch has christened the Prince “Aderiye”.

Oba Ajibade said the cheering news confirmed undoubted affinity between Ife and Owo.

Olori Adenike led delegation of Owo chiefs on congratulatory visit to the hospital where Ooni’s wife delivered the baby boy.

With Olori Adenike were; High Chief Tunde Elerewe, Administrative Secretary to Olowo, Chief Amos Aladeseye, Chief Modongho and Iyalode of EhinOgbe, Chief Mrs Obademi

Also, Ile Ife delegation too were at the Olowo’s palace to deliver felicitation message from Oonirisa

Delegation from Ooni was led by the Traditional ADC to Ooni, Chief Oriowo Oriyomi- Saarun Oodua, others were; Akogun, Waasin, Lowaate and Erebese all Ife High Chiefs.
