Stephanie Isioma Anyamegbunem: A Nigerian-Canadian, (from Onitsha, Anambra State) - A Model and a graduate of Culture and Expression from York University was able to talk to OASESNEWS on Friday as she was busy preparing to go to "war" on Sunday to contest for Miss World Canada in Toronto. She is the only Nigerian from the Province of Ontario participating in this project.
As mentioned on the official Facebook page, “Miss World Canada is under new directorship - now produced by MTC-W Inc. is an annual event held in Toronto - To apply you must compete in your provincial pageant, winner receives over $25,000 in cash and prizes and will represent Canada at the MISS WORLD pageant, which remains the oldest, largest and the most prestigious pageant in the world.”
Miss Stephanie Isioma Anyamegbunem, from Onitsha in Anambra, Nigeria. A soft spoken, black and beautiful Stephannie attended York University, Toronto where she graduated in 2016, a degree holder of Culture and Expression is ready to become Miss World Canada. Stephanie wants to make the world, especially The Canadians know that Nigerians are not taking the backseat in the world of fashion, "I want to change the mindset of my fellow Canadians that Nigerians are good people, kindhearted and multi-talented though there are bad eggs in the society".
She is cocksure that she will win as she is determined and this has been her dream ever since to become Miss World Canada. She wants to touch lives, help people and make people happy. She is competing with 87 others and is the only Nigerian lady in the Province of Ontario competing in this race. Stephannie is ready to promote the cultural heritage of Nigeria and its corporate image.
Miss World Canada 2017 Cynthia Menard from Ontario will crown her successor at the end of the event finale this week in Toronto.
Stephannie wants to be creative if she wins. She wants to do commercial, be on billboards, advertise for manufacturers, feature in movies, magazines etc.
Prior to the grand finale, the organisers do conduct primaries. Stephanie is in dire need of your support. Please show your interest and support.
If she wins, Stephannie will first BBBN - Beautiful, Brilliant and Black Nigerian Lady to emerge as Miss World Canada.
