Thai ladyboy 'Sexy Pancake' dies days after penis amputation to stop spread of cancer

The online sensation was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer earlier this month, but even surgery was unable to save him

A Thai 'ladyboy' who shot to online fame has died of penile cancer just weeks after being diagnosed with the disease.

Aged just 27, web star Sexy Pancake had his penis amputated earlier this month after the Stage 3 cancer was discovered.

Medics apparently told Sexy Pancake - real name Niwat Sangmor - that the illness had been caused by years of taping his penis down for performances.

During his three-year career, Sexy Pancake taped down his genitals virtually every day to make himself more convincing as a woman.

Experts reportedly believe the restricted blood flow allowed cancerous cells to grow and spread.

Sexy Pancake was being treated at Khon Kaen Hospital, and had posted requests for financial help with treatment online.
