Woman admits injecting man's penis with deadly silicone

Kasia Rivera struck a plea deal with prosecutors and will no longer faces charges of injecting silicone into a woman's buttocks and breasts.

A woman has admitted to administering a fatal injection of silicone to a 22-year-old man's penis.

Kasia Rivera faces five years in jail for the botched injection, which caused victim Justin Street to suffer a silicone embolism a day later

The 38-year-old, who has had no medical training, struck a plea deal with prosecutors to reckless manslaughter charges Tuesday, NJ Advance Media reported.

She will now reportedly escape previous charges of injecting silicone into a woman's buttocks and breasts — up to four times over the last two years — as well as possessing a stun gun.

Rivera also addressed previous allegations of jury tampering against her.

In May, three jurors claimed they had been approached by a male associate of Rivera. Two claimed they were offered $5,000 bribes, the Daily News reported.

Later the same month, the judge ruled Rivera participated in the tampering and revoked her bail while dismissing all members of the jury.

She denied wrongdoing, claiming that the male friend of hers did it on his own volition.
