A man was arrested on a charge of unlawful sexual activity with a minor after allegedly being caught having sex with a teenage girl in an airplane toilet, police in Utah said.

 The Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office said that they have arrested 27-year-old Jasper Emillien Garczynski, after being accused of having sex with the 16-year-old girl, who was not identified.

Garczynski was charged with one count of unlawful sexual activity with a minor. He was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail, and was released after posting bail.

According to the police investigation, Garczynski of Tempe, Arizona, was on the Delta Air Lines flight from Phoenix to Salt Lake City, when he took the 16-year-old girl into the bathroom.

The had sex in the toilet, and when the girl left, she told a flight attendant about her encounter. The flight attendant found Garczynski in the toilet.

When the plane landed, police arrested Garczynski.
