A teenager came up with a plan to finally stop her father from raping her.

The 18-year-old woman of India, took a video of her father raping her with the hope that her mother and sister would believe that she is being sexually abused.

The woman of Uttar Pradesh, said that she recorded the sexual assault despite the humiliation she suffered by others seeing her being violated.

The woman, who has not been named, told police that her father raped her for more than four years, every time they were home alone.

During the latest incident, the woman put her cellphone on a window sill and pointed it in the direction of her bed.

A few minutes later, her father began raping her. When her mother returned home, the victim showed her the video.

The mother immediately called the police. With video evidence in their hands, police arrested the teen’s 53-year-old father.

The woman’s mother said that she is very upset with herself that she did not believe her daughter earlier.

“I always went mad when my daughter complained about her father. I thought she was making up stories about him,” the mother said.

“The truth left me shattered. I am still shocked that a father could do this to his own daughter. Now, my daughter has all my support and I regret not believing her sooner,” the mother also said.

Police said that the father admitted to raping his daughter, but he blamed his alcohol addiction.
