The outgoing governor also terminated the appointment of all other political appointees in the state.
He made this disclosure during a valedictory session of the executive council in Kaduna.

He urged the residents to eschew “politics of bitterness” and strive to collectively work for the betterment of the state.
He prayed for the progress of the state and sought forgiveness from the people for the wrongs he might have committed while in office.
It was gathered that at the valedictory session, all the commissioners, Secretary to the State Government, Head of Service and Chief of Staff mounted the podium to appreciate the people for cooperation while serving them.
They also described the governor as a humble and God fearing leader who did his best for the state.
