Alex Otti Fails in Abia State

The results announced by Vanguard newspaper says that Dr Okezie Ikpeazu of the PDP has won the Abia governorship election.

He polled 264,173 votes, beating APGA's Dr Alex Otti who polled 180,882 votes.

Total cast votes =462,684

Rejected votes = 9,440
