According to him, the stashed money could be used to buy votes if they are still considered legal tender by the Supreme court.Former Kaduna lawmaker, Shehu Sani has said that with the level of poverty in the country, there won't be credible elections if the ''stashed'' old Naira notes are allowed to be shared on or before the February 25 date for the presidential elections.
