The election tribunal in Jalingo, Taraba state has nullified the election of a senator of the People's Democratic Party according to SaharaReporters.

 

The election of a senator of the Peoples Democratic Party, Bashir Marafa, representing Taraba Central Senatorial district has been nullified by the election tribunal in Jalingo, Taraba state.

In a ruling today, the tribunal ordered that the candidate of the  All progressives Congress (APC), Yusuf A Yusuf to be given the Certificate of Return as the lawful winner of the April 2015 election.
