Embattled Senate President, Bukola Saraki will be eager to know the outcome of an appeal court sitting of the 19th of October, 2015 to determine if his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal over an alleged false declaration of assets will continue.
The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal has fixed Monday October 19th as the date to decide on whether the 13-count charges of false asset declaration preferred against Senate President Bukola Saraki before the Code of Conduct Tribunal will be quashed or not.
