The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Affairs, Doyin Okupe, On Monday 26th January (in a Silverbird TV interview) reportedly said: "I will offer N1million to any Nigerian that will list 10 achievements of General Buhari in or out of office."

He added that since he made this call, no Nigerian has been able to give him Buhari's ten achievements.
