The Yoruba Community Association, Toronto, Canada cordially invites you to an inspiring and transformative virtual event that promises to foster personal growth and strengthen our collective bonds. Mark your calendars for this unmissable gathering, scheduled to take place on May 17, 2025, from 12 PM to 2 PM Eastern Time (5 PM to 7 PM Nigerian Time, 10 AM to 12 PM Central Standard Time).

This carefully curated event, themed “From Hustle to Help: Building Ourselves and Our Community,” seeks to explore the transition from personal struggles to a more community-driven approach to success. In an era where individual hustle dominates our mindset, we aim to highlight the power of collective support, shared resources, and uplifting one another for a brighter future.

We are honored to present Dr. Akintade, an accomplished speaker and visionary in community development, as the keynote speaker of the event. Dr. Akintade’s insights, drawn from years of experience in empowering individuals and fostering strong communal ties, will undoubtedly provide practical guidance and motivation.

Guiding our conversations with wisdom and finesse, Ms. Kemi Amusan (popularly known as Lady Kay) will serve as the moderator for the event. Known for her dedication to the Yoruba community and her ability to facilitate engaging discussions, Lady Kay will ensure a smooth and thought-provoking session.

Additionally, the President of the Yoruba Community Association, Michael Kehinde Abiodun, will be present to share his vision for the community and outline plans to further strengthen our connections.

How to Join? Simply log into the session using the following Zoom details: Zoom ID: 873 9384 2561 Passcode: 678711

This event is an incredible opportunity for members of the Yoruba community and beyond to come together, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. It is a platform to discuss strategies for personal and communal growth, build valuable networks, and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of our people.

So, whether you are an established professional, a budding entrepreneur, or someone seeking guidance on life’s journey, this event is designed for you. Come ready to be inspired, engage with brilliant minds, and be a part of something greater than yourself.
